ENFORCEMENT POLICIES

Our rules and regulations exist to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all members. They help maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive environment where everyone can focus on their fitness goals without disruption. By following these guidelines, members protect both themselves and others, creating a space that is welcoming, sanitary, and safe for all members and staff.
1Security Cameras in Use
Smile you’re on camera! For the safety of all members, Ironside Fitness is monitored by security cameras at all times. Activities are recorded and reviewed as necessary. Any violation of rules and policies caught on camera may result in fines, suspension, or termination of membership without refund.
2WIPE DOWN EQUIPMENT
Wipe down all equipment, benches, and mats after each use. Cleaning supplies/gym wipes are provided throughout the facility for your convenience. This helps prevent the spread of germs and keeps our equipment clean for the next members’ use.
3ELITE LOUNGE
Wipe down massage chairs, sauna benches, and tanning beds after each use with cleaning supplies provided.
4RE-RACK & CLEAN UP
Always re-rack your weights, return equipment to its proper place, dispose of trash, and clean up after yourself.
5MAINTENANCE & EQUIPMENT ISSUES
If you notice any broken equipment, unclean restrooms, or other facility issues, please report them to a staff member immediately we that we can address them as quickly as possible.
6AGE RESTRICTION – NO MINORS IN THE FACILITY
No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the facility at any time. While we love children, having them in the gym poses a serious risk. The presence of heavy weights, moving equipment, and serious lifters means that injuries – or even death – could occur. For their safety and the safety of our members, we ask that children be left at home. This policy is strictly enforced for everyone’s safety
7HYGIENE
Members must maintain good personal hygiene. Poor hygiene including strong or offensive body odor or unclean workout attire may result in warning or suspension.
8NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS OR VAPING
The use of tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or vaping devices is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the facility – this includes main gym area, locker rooms, lounge area, and any other areas.
9FOOTWEAR
For safety, proper athletic footwear is required in the gym at all times. Open-toed shoes,sandals, flip-flops, or barefoot training are not permitted.
10UNSTAFFED HOURS
Our facility is open 24/7 for your convenience. However, staff is not always on site. Members are responsible for their own safety and conduct. For emergencies, call 911 immediately. Any non-emergency issues or concerns should be reported to management immediately.
11GUEST POLICY
Any guest brought by a member must have prior approval from a staff member of Ironside Fitness. All guests are only permitted during staffed hours and are required to sign in and complete any necessary paperwork, including waivers before using the facility. Members are responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests at all times.
12KEY FOBS & MOBILE APP ACCESS
Key fobs and mobile app access are for the assigned member’s use ONLY and may not be shared under any circumstances – NO EXCEPTIONS! This applies to all entry points, including exterior door and ELITE Lounge. Using another person’s key fob, phone, or account or allowing someone else to use yours to access these areas is strictly prohibited. Members are liable for any unauthorized access, damages, or incidents resulting from sharing their access. Lost, stolen, or shared access (including through the mobile app) may result in replacement fees, fines, and/or immediate suspension of membership.
13EMERGENCY EXIT USE
The back door is the facility’s emergency exit and may only be used in the event of a true emergency. Opening this door for any reason will trigger the alarm and result in a fine. Unauthorized use may also lead to possible suspension or termination of membership.
14SOLICITATION & UNAUTHORIZED SERVICES
Members and guests are prohibited from selling or distributing supplements, nutrition plans, personal training services, or any other products of services to others inside of the facility without prior written approval from Ironside Fitness management.
15SICK POLICY
If you are sick or may be contagious, please stay home until you are well. Ironside Fitness reserves the right to temporarily suspend facility access if a member appears to be sick and contagious (e.g., covid, flu, etc.) or otherwise poses a health or safety risk to others. Access will be reinstated once it is safe for the member to return.
16MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY
Memberships may be frozen only under the following circumstances:  Medical Reasons – doctor’s note required  Pregnancy – documentation from a healthcare provider required  Military Deployment – Official orders in required CONDITIONS:  Freeze requests must be submitting in writing and approved by management  The minimum freeze period is (1) month and the maximum is (6) months in a (12) month period Memberships cannot be frozen retroactively  During a freeze, members may not use the facility or any amenities  Membership automatically resumes on the agreed end date unless the member provides notice to extend (within allowed limits)
17ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
– For the safety of our members and staff, Ironside Fitness may suspend or ban anyone at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, legal compliance, or repeated violations of gym rules and policies.
18ENFORCEMENT OF RULES & REGULATIONS
Failure to follow the members conduct and policies may result in suspension or permanent termination of membership at the discretion of Ironside Fitness. No refunds will be issued.
